That was the first thing I tried. I posted an ad on gumtree and when I had potential buyers all of them rejected due to the fact that the car was in an accident when they viewed the car, things I didn't see cause it's my first time buying a car.. So I tired. People will just lower the price and I'll still loose in the endSeems like you dont know what you want to do?
How about selling the car in your own capacity?

I think you need to stop trying to believe that this park and sell company is the answer to your prayers. If you couldn't sell the car in your own capacity, what magical skill do they possess to do it?
I can tell you, but I dont think you want to hear: They will in effect sell the car without disclosing the damage. Thats the only logical explanation I can come to. Reading some of your comments above such as: "Im gonna sue them" "Im gonna sell my car in 3 days" "Can I sell my car without papers" etc etc makes me believe you 1. dont know what you want to do, 2. dont really have any idea what you are doing, 3. either way you will get your fingers burned AGAIN.
Take a few days, think this through.

Exactly this.
I think you need to read those comments again... cause I never said I wanna sell it without papers... I was asking if it's possible for the company to do that. And 2 I never said I'm.gonna sell it in 3 days. I said it can be sold in 3 days by the company. Yes I don't know what to do that's why I'm asking for assistance. If I knew I wouldn't be wasting my time typing all this. And I have thought about this since Thursday and trust me it's not an easy decision. It involves a lot of money and a lot of risks . It's time to decide hence in here seeking help. Maybe someone has gone through this before. I'm just putting my story out there
Here's the issue, you bought the car for R75k, park and sell guy says you can get your money back, that is R75k, how much is he going to sell the car for if the condition is that bad go you to get your R75k back?
I think you are being very emotional with this and it could really help if you were to take a step back and be rational about this. You took a risk the first time with a park and sell and this is how it panned out, You will be taking another risk with the new park and sell guy, it might pay out, it might not.
Since you don't seem very clued up why don't you take the car for van assessment and at least know what is wrong and what needs to be fixed, hopefully to someone impartial like the AA or something, at least you will now know how much needs to be fixed because your potential buyers might overstate the damages hoping to score themselves a sweet deal and won't know.
You can proceed and sell through the park and sell but they will have to take their cut and I honestly don't see you getting your R75k back.
You don't need to give the park and sell guys your papers, wait for them until there's a potential sale then you can drive over there with the papers and show it to the buyer, Ofbthe sake does not go through keep them with you and you will be doing this until you conclude a sale, keep them very close to you.
I didn't go to a park and sell the first time. I bought the car at a dealership. It's my first time considering going to a park and sell. The park and sell said I should give them 900 to fix the exterior. I mentioned this earlier. Then it will be in good condition.
There's nothing wrong internally with the car. It's the exterior that's an issue.. I said earlier too it wasn't repaired nicely. So I don't want this car.. I want another car..
So much wrong in this thread. OP you're just another clueless motorist on the road.
I got a feeling there's very little wrong with the car, and others wanted to "steal" the car from you. You fell for their lies and now you in panic mode.
You believe those liars and you also believe the park and sell guys to fix for just R900, you should be thinking by now, is there something really wrong with the car.
But as others have suggested, go take it to a reputable inspection company and make an informed decision from their report.
TLDR
If and when you buy another car, and I say this because it seems like you have no clue what to look for in terms of accident damage (the poor repair must be clearly visible if it impacting your value so much), take someone who has a small idea of cars with you
How is the car mechanical can you tell us what need to be fixed, so we can have a clearly view of the car. Maybe you talking about few scratches and dents that is why you hell bent on selling the car.
