I am looking for a password manager that works on Windows and Android.
I want to be able to automatically sync the data between my Windows PC and my Android Phone and Android Tablet.
Sync should be via wifi. Don't trust the cloud yet!

Any suggestions?

Um, they're all cloud services, irrespective of whether you connect to the cloud via wifi or whatever other connection.

Lastpass even uses its own cloud.

Keepass on the other hand stores your file locally. You can then use it in conjunction with a cloud storage storage service like Dropbox, Google Drive etc. Or just keep it on the device you created it on. Bottom line - no cloudy, no syncy.

I just can't remember all the passwords and I often lose the file at home. Until recently I kept it on the fridge door, but my little one started scribbling over it and I had to reset some passwords since I entered them wrong 3 times. By keeping it centralized, I have access anytime anywhere.

KeePass Portable, with the whole directory and password database file stored in DropBox.

PC, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android support.

Haven't tried Lastpass though, so can't comment on that one...
 
Could a kind soul link the playstore keepass app in this thread - there are several versions available and therefore hesitant. Thank you.
