Why does it take so long for payfast support to respond to emails?
I emailed a couple and have not received any feedback from one of the emails?

icket ID 492365 has been assigned.
ticket ID 492552 has been assigned.
ticket ID 492555 has been assigned.

How do one get them to reply??????
 
Unfortunately it's that time of the year, where things go slower than usual..

I've dealt with them before, and I couldn't fault their response times, nor their level of help.

Have you tried calling them and asking where your feedback is?

Paystack is the clear winner here.
 
Giving Peach Payments a go. Quick and EZ signup thus far. Will give feedback.

Im still waiting on Paystack support to resolve issues that were reported to them over a year ago.

Both are slow to resolve issues, how ever I find that calling PayFast always has the fastest and best outcome.
Paystack aren’t local.

Could you share some of the issues experienced?
 
No time to waste on support voice calls. Domino's said it best: “Calling the store is so 1980s”

People who perfer voice calls are either very old or enjoy wasting time. (talkers, sometimes they just mindlessly stand and chat in isles or doorways of super markets.)
