payment issues

I have opened a profile and loaded a banking details for payment, which payment was made and refunded. Now I want to make another payment on another profile with the same banking details, but I keeps on declining. I have send various e-mails to Rain and every time the e-mails come back as issue resolved, but the issue remains unresolved.

Could someone from Rain please actually assist or can anyone suggest another service provider for uncapped 4G LTE on a month to month basis.

Unfortunately your payment has been declined.
 
My service was disconnected due to "non payment" - debit on my card was put through on 4 December and probably not allocated to my account. Needless to say my internet stopped working on 7 December and after I contacted support I was asked to provide proof of payment on my bank statement and service was activated again. Also bank payments on the website was declined. I think they must contact the client if for some other reason the payment was not received and asked if there is a problem instead of just disconnecting service and then the client must ask what is going on. Rain must get their act together before they are going to loose lost of customers.

I do apologize for the inconvenience caused , it will be looked into however if this happens to be an issue on a large scale i think an email will be sent out with correspondence.
 
I have had this same issue since August when my old card expired. I load my new card every month and pay manually, then next month new card is gone and have to do the whole thing over again.
