Paypal debit card confusion

If you use PayPal to pay, it's better to use a credit card. Credit cards offer additional protection. If PayPal does not refund you, if you're scammed by the seller, VISA/MC is supposed too and they can chargeback from PayPal regardless. PayPal does not like that and if one does that too much can cancel your PayPal account, but it's still one extra level of protection credit cards offer which debit/cheque cards do not. Been using CCs with PayPal from 2002. No issues.

I am a student and I have a Cheque account,I can shop online with it and have a verified paypal account with it. Its a mastercard and is cheque.

Just go into a standard bank Branch and ask them for a student cheque account. The account works just like a debit account!
