Payfast is useless and won't help, as long as they got their commission for facilitating the transaction they don't care about anything else.

What the banks don't want you to know is that any card with the VISA or Mastercard logo has insurance coverage for situations like this.

They've been consistently getting 1/2 to a full page of negative reviews on Hello Peter going back to last year, I don't know why people still use them

The owner's name is easy to get, no need for contacting a bank (no, I'm not sharing it - I'm not becoming an unwitting accomplice in whatever you plan to do once you "F track them down").

I have used them before no issues, which is why I did again...
