I have the weirdest problem ever. From today my pc is unable to connect to my wifi router or even see it. My phone and tablet connects to the wifi fine. My pc connects to my phones hotspot fine. It even sees my 2 neighbours wifi's...

Ive tried reinstalling drivers. Disabling and enabling wifi device. Restarting pc. Restarting router.

Anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

Possible that the router switched to a channel that is unsupported by the wifi adapter on your PC.

[-]Have you tried power cycling the router?[/-] My bad didn't read properly.

You could login to your router and change the channel setting to see if that helps.

Thanks guys ill give it a try in 20min when im home again! My router is a belkin. My wifi adapter is a tp-link usb hi power tl-wn722n. I super appreciate the help so far!

I have a similar problem on one of my laptops running win7. I just disable the wireless adapter in network settings, enable it again and then it connects. Another trick that works for me is to try and connect to another network(neighbour). It fails and then it can connect to the local wifi.
Very weird, so I will upgrade to win10 (when time permits) and see what happens. it all just started at some point.

This is not my night >.<" - I changed the wrong setting in the wireless lan tab, changed the bandwidth instead of channel, and now i can't connect to router via any device haha. However after changing that all my devices, including my pc could see the router (just not connect). Just did a reset, and then realized "oh fudge i need a lan cable now" - which sadly I don't own have at the moment. Waiting on a friend now to bring me a lan cable, will then retry :D/

Question, what channel would you guys suggest i switch it to?

Download WiFi Analyzer on your phone, what channels are occupied? Preferably pick an empty channel, 1/5/9/13 are best.

After resetting and resubmitting all my adsl/wifi details in router - my pc still didn't want to connect nor see the new network (even though my laptop + phone + tablet did). So i tried changing it to a different channel, and i used 5 as suggested by Johnatan56, and it worked! I'm so happy! Thanks to everyone that helped me :D/ Finally i can play some games haha
