Anybody have any?
I had a few in primary school but it died out....
I`d like to make a few again, anybody know how? most of the websites I found turn into creepy fetish dating :erm:
 
You can always be my penpal? I enjoy writing letters and using ye olde snail-mail. I assume that's what you mean, or are you talking about modern e-mail/Facebook/whatever penpals?

Then again, you're pretty weird so... :p
 
I`m talking about modern email....facebook & other social media not really :erm:
snail-mail...haven`t used that in quite some time(a few months actually)
 
Look for interest groups - so if you are interested in hiking, or kite-boarding or gardening or anything like that join a few forums and get to know some folks who share the same interests... I correspond with people from all over the world on my interests - some of them have become quite good buddies even though we have never met.

Just a thought... :)

Wait in your last letter to me you said you had moved to Dakar Now I see your location is Sweden. Here I was blaming the Senegalese postal service for the lack of replies :mad:

Receiving an old school personally written letter is great. Pity my hand writing is absolutely appalling. Still email is just not the same.

Already did this, most of the forums I used to frequent have degenerated into vile cesspools of degenerate scum

lol, My handwriting is crap too... I agree that its not the same but ohwell :)
 
Best is to just get chat mates on social apps like WeChat etc and then make it clear what you want.
These days, things always go the 1 step further... actually, I think it will always now, only if you have those chat mates that are FAR FAR FAR away.
 
I wouldn't mind having a penpal. Never had one before.

Oh, my handwriting is almost certainly worse than yours but I love sending and receiving snail-mail and postcards :love:

There's just something a lot more personal and sentimental about a letter or postcard someone took the time to write and mail to you.

Indeed. I actually dropped one penpal rather abruptly a long while back and it's bothered me ever since :o
