Finally managed to register my TV warranty on the Hisense site, what a pain. Tried emailing them as suggested but never got any feedback.

Same here, had issues registering my first unit. Although on my second TV it worked the first time, just left it alone after clicking the button and it went through after what felt like a minute.

Yeah it's p1ss poor, they can't even get a basic form on a website right but probably they do that on purpose so they can advertise the extended warranty but make it so hard dro register that very few are able to take up the offer.

I tried numerous times over a few weeks on the website and could never get it to send, I also emailed them and nothing.

Skyworthy TV's are looking so good right now

so ebucks arranging collection and apparently supplier will have a look and arrange for a replacement

lets see from there what happens
Ok all this time I thought you had already gone through to the seller and hit a brick wall, hence your dismay at the whole situation made sense. Give them a chance to sort it out and see from there.

oh no it was all hisense the problem

the issue is the seller is ebucks and i got it on 40% off and hoping they replace rather than a refund

Maybe insist on a replacement if they offer credit. The tv is less than a year old?

so whats the difference between UHD and oled and Qled

is UHD the entry levels ?
UHD is the resolution of the tv. (3840 x 2160 pixels)

OLED and QLED are display technologies with QLED just being a term for a proprietary Quantom Dot Colour filter, similar to "Nano Cell" from LG.
