How full?
Full, or full-full, the kind you only get when two people in perfect harmony oscillate the vehicle by standing in the door arch to extract the illusive "air-bubble" that may or may not compromise your entire fuel economy negating all your fuel saving tactics and efficiencies?
Modern cars not such an issue but you'll be surprised what lurks at the bottom of a fuel tank.

Yes, but more fuel in the tank will prolong the life of said filter due to the crud being dispersed over larger volume. Also, most cars fuel pumps nowadays are cooled by the actual fuel, more fuel lower operating temps prolonging life of fuel pump.

Panic buying in Table View. Tried to fill the car up 'cause it is empty, but left 'cause I value my time and not sitting in a long-ass queue (and it's fekking hot again so there was that aspect too)
