Can anyone tell me how long to cook prawns in this thing?
They are already de-shelled, and have the average, medium size.
Took the hurricane back (tks keeper).
2 hours to cook an unfrozen medium sized chicken, fresh fish recommended time 15 min, still raw underneath after 30 min. Chips were ok. Too much electricity usage for my liking.
I think so :-((
I had cleaned mine up and repacked it properly. I heard the salesman tell the packer to send it back for "cleaning up" - presumably to sell - yuk.
At R3336, it's almost worth buying two normal sized ones...
That's cheap! Mine was About R1500 at Makro.
got my normal one at pnp hyper for 900, only had a white one though
but at that price I didnt mind
also make all sorts of stuff in thereWow thats cheap... yah they go for +/- 2k and the electronic one 650-1k more. I must say its pretty awesome.. I make pies, samosas, chips etc all in it.. though it kinda sounds like an ultra hot hairdryeralso tried burger patties but if there is little fat in the patty then i think it makes it very dry. One think i noticed is that u have to pre-heat for some things if u want to come out good. e.g. pies and basically everything frozen

I had to resurrect this thread. Last year we got a Logick convection oven as a gift. It is similar to the air fryer but its bigger and actually works a damn side better than the Phillips. We cook practically everything in it. I even did bacon in it on the weekend and it come out awesome. They on special at Game for R379 which is a steal.
