I think she would have been better of leaving it unplugged. Same results at the end of the day.

Has an excellent venting function. Dehydration is default at 70c and 8 hours. You can amend.

Failed (user error) with veggies when I wanted to make chips. Airfryer function works there.
Succeeded at both bacon biltong and droewors.
Anyone ever use this, better than Air fryer as we know?

If its just for chips then the smaller one will be sufficient. But rather go for the XL, once you start with chips you will want to do everything else in it as well
