Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

Just a question. these airheads always tell how easy it is to clean. But do you just clean the basket or must you clean that bowl the basket sits in as well? Like in 2 things to clean, what they never tell you?

It really depends.

Something like bacon you are going to have to clean both afterwards and you can in most cases just put both inside each other in the dishwasher but it does take up a lot of dedicates space, so that means either you need to do it when empty or prepare to take something else and wash that.

Since going solar and monitoring all my I’m in the habit of putting the dishwasher on every night now so as not to fill the sink with hot water which actually uses more electricity to replenish the geyser.

In cases with dry ingredients I tend not to wash it. Frozen chips, fish fingers, nuggets, grilled sandwiches etc.

This is why if I’m in the haute cuisine mood for fried polony, I still just get out the pan.
Who eats Polony? Oh I know, those that have not been to a factory that makes the stuff inside. The same goes for viennas. Once you see how they make the moosh inside these things you will never eat it ever again.

The Philips© Airfryer© itself not easy to clean. The Philips© basket and Philips© basket holder is simple, put it in the Bosch© Dishwasher. Done.

The Philips© Airfryer© is difficult to maintain and keep clean as fat and stuff goes into the grill and fan area and none of those parts are removable. You can use a brush to clean it but over time it becomes worse, specially if you do a lot of fatty food. The later Philips© Airfryers© are easier to clean with a brush and much improved, but would still be better if they made the element easily removable.

However it is easier to clean a Philips© Airfryer© than your grandmother's oven.

Polony + Hellmans Mayonnaise + Albony buns.

Then chuck it in the bin and get some Nando's.
