Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

The Philips© Airfryer© itself not easy to clean. The Philips© basket and Philips© basket holder is simple, put it in the Bosch© Dishwasher. Done.

The Philips© Airfryer© is difficult to maintain and keep clean as fat and stuff goes into the grill and fan area and none of those parts are removable. You can use a brush to clean it but over time it becomes worse, specially if you do a lot of fatty food. The later Philips© Airfryers© are easier to clean with a brush and much improved, but would still be better if they made the element easily removable.

However it is easier to clean a Philips© Airfryer© than your grandmother's oven.
I will save this post for when that other clown claims how quick it is to clean his air fryer again.

As for my grandmother's oven. You maybe clean an oven once every two months. And that is pretty easy, spray with oven cleaner, leave 20min and wipe off. The pot, pan or dish I put food into the oven is the same as whatever you put your food in after you take it out your air fryer.

LOL the clown confuse himself. Or did you realize yourself you had no clue what you talking about?
What on earth are you going on about?

Just a question. these airheads always tell how easy it is to clean. But do you just clean the basket or must you clean that bowl the basket sits in as well? Like in 2 things to clean, what they never tell you?
It's called a pan clown. Your Safeway convection oven comes with a bowl.
It's a pan. Now stop trolling and get a life.

Let me guess, he is going to join TikTok and make Fettucine Alfredo in his Philips
It will now take him 40min to cook a full chicken instead of 2 hours, It will give him more time to spend with his family or his other hobbies instead of spending 2 hours in the kitchen wrestling with convection oven temperatures.

You do know that with the same heat it will take the same time for the heat to penetrate into the same size chicken to get it fully cooked? Or does your air fryer have special magical xrays cooking it from the inside?

Yes, It is called the Starfish design. How many times should we tell you the same thing?

No it won't. Your oven / Safeway convection oven etc. all have unused air that don't penetrate the food. Everything cooks faster in an Airfryer.

LOL your are special.
Most importantly your stats include oven preheat. That is not cooking time. When I walk into the kitchen I switch the oven on. Then I take out what food I want to cook. Then I prepare my food for cooking. By the time my food is ready to be cooked, the oven is ready, so its not part of the cooking time. Do you just throw your meat or vetkoek or whatever straight out the packet into your air fryer? No cutting veggies or seasoning anything?

Your problem is you know nothing and your "facts" are based on internet marketing diagrams, just like your magical starfish airflow.

So once again you are wasting energy with your preheating. No efficiency there. Once you open your so called oven all the heat escapes and then you have to start over.

Why would one preheat an oven if you going to loose all the heat? Are everything defrosted when you open your freezers door"
Your argument was about cooking time, not wasting energy.

Lol even with the 10 minute preheating time they added to the oven the airfryer still wins. https://www.cnet.com/home/kitchen-a...-much-cheaper-an-air-fryer-is-than-your-oven/
In the chart above, I added a modest 10 minutes to each of the oven cooking times to account for preheating.

Loss of heat means you are wasting energy thus increasing your cooking times. They go hand in Hand.

It doesn't take me 10 minutes to season.

But your Air fryer is cold when you start it? Even if you preheat your air fryer, when you open it, even more heat will escape. You know like you should have learned in grade 3 science, hot air goes up. So where is the opening when you open your air fryer? The top part? Unlike the front/side you open in an oven?

My next science lesson I will explain to you what that big and thick metal box inside your oven plus all the thick metal grids/grills do when they are heated up.
