First off all. please don't say whatever mine can handle. Mine is bigger than yours so it can handle anything yours can and then some.
Secondly, those are wings and not drumsticks.
Thirdly those are little tiny Rainbow chicken pieces.
So this whole argument is just going in the same 30%teay than every other on this thread.
If you want to compare two air fryers. Then you take the same pieces and the same size of each. Then you must actually have unedited video. Not a photo with someone just telling, HEY I cooked this is 18min. WTF?
Then we should actually cut the pieces open to the bone to see if they are actually cooked all the way. I can cook something like in your pics in 8min but it will still be raw inside.
If I must take a guess, I will say my Goldair will be a fraction faster than a Philips or any other air fryer. Because its biggest flaw is also its biggest asset. The fan is too strong. I used to bake small cakes or cupcakes in the air fryer, but with the Goldair's fan that is so strong, it blows them skew. However that strong fan on the other hand makes the food even more crispy and juicy inside, and will probably cook it a fraction faster.

Wait what? You think the Philips is a better tooth brush then my oralb?Maybe we start a gold star appliance thread
- Philips for Airfryers
- Philips for Toothbrushes
- Bosch for dishwashers
- Le Cruset for kettles
- Etc
Honestly at this point I think it would be better if we meet somewhere and have an airfryer cook off because I am getting tired of you spewing crap and undermining the Philips star fish. It might just be time we end this once and for all.First off all. please don't say whatever mine can handle. Mine is bigger than yours so it can handle anything yours can and then some.

I don't know to be honest. What I do know is you need sunglasses when I smile after using the Philips Sonicare Diamond Clean for the last 3 odd yearsWait what? You think the Philips is a better tooth brush then my oralb?
Or everyone can courier me the make they prefer and I will do a comparison.Honestly at this point I think it would be better if we meet somewhere and have an airfryer cook off because I am getting tired of you spewing crap and undermining the Philips star fish. I'll chip in a bit of money for flights/petrol/accommodation etcHonestly at this point I think it would be better if we meet somewhere and have an airfryer cook off because I am getting tired of you spewing crap and undermining the Philips star fish. Or this!Or everyone can courier me the make they prefer and I will do a comparison.
That race should be organized soon, before that Philips packs up again.@RedViking whil meet you any time anywhere for a air fryer drag race. His Phillips starfish tech will blow your Goldair "Air fryer" out of the water.
Oh yes, I forgot you have unlimited electricity there in the bay. This would solve all logistics issues we may have.Or everyone can courier me the make they prefer and I will do a comparison.
JVC said we were the trolls, yet he is the biggest troll in this thread. The irony never ceases to amaze me.You guys are going off topic again, which means the valuable posts will just get lost again. /sigh
But I have seen many comparisons of air fryers on the internet(not with the Goldair) and never have I seen the Philips with its starfish ending on top? So should that not debunk your whole argument?Honestly at this point I think it would be better if we meet somewhere and have an airfryer cook off because I am getting tired of you spewing crap and undermining the Philips star fish. Anyways, I've added what value I could add and I think the thread has run its course. I've tried bringing it back on track, but the cockroaches quickly came out of hiding. Good riddance.JVC said we were the trolls, yet he is the biggest troll in this thread. The irony never ceases to amaze me.
What you see on the internet isn’t a reflection of real life, have you not learnt that by now ?But I have seen many comparisons of air fryers on the internet(not with the Goldair) and never have I seen the Philips with its starfish ending on top? So should that not debunk your whole argument?
Yeah, it’s time mods lock this thread but only to non Philips airfryer owners. JVC can start his own Goldair(what a ridiculous name) thread and troll there with his pals.Anyways, I've added what value I could add and I think the thread has run its course. OH I am relaxed. The problem is the same arguments is going on in this thread for months/years. How difficult is it to understand that it is impossible for a 100g chicken thigh to cook the same time than a 200g chicken thigh? If people cannot even understand that basic concept then they have no idea how to cook and also nobody should listen to any advice they give on how to cook or what air fryer to use,Oh goodness, triggered!
When I say what your airfryer can handle, it is not an insult sunshine, it means I don't know what size it is, so it will either be less or it will be more.
It can be Wings, drumsticks, thighs whatever. I can re do my chicken piece dinner to match yours as whatever I can source locally and I can afford. Just not fillets please.
I'm not attacking you here mate, relax the hormones.
Go grab some pieces from the shop. You don't have to do a video. A photo and your word will do. The photos is more to show what went in there and the result. If you want to you can weigh it. As long as it is not red at the bone after it is done.
Just relax a few knots, kay?
