Yes, get yourself a lekke rub. You get proper good rubs or even something cheaper like Oom Freddy Legacy sprinkle. Or make your own. Remember a rub is made with not too much salt, so you can throw a generous amount on without it getting to salty.
Then just coat your wings with it and put in air fryer at 180-185(does not really matter) for 15-20 min. The time depends on how big your wings is. That you must learn over time. Bigger wings/pieces will take a bit longer.
You can also use a marinade or some sticky wings marinade. But that kind of defies the purpose of an air fryer in getting nice and crispy chicken. Marinades will work better doing in over for longer and lower temp to get chicken real soft.
If you really like to use a sweet marinade type sauce and the air fryer. I would just put salt and pepper on the wings, cook them till crispy in air fryer then put in plastic bowl, throw some of your marinade/sauce over. toss them around to cover them and then serve,
