It's still NRB, haha.

Apparently the XL and the XXL are similar in size with the XXL actually being the XL's revision. I'll open it today for spin, just savoring the moment

Now that eskom has chillax a bit. I've just made and ate 2x rib eyes. Sizing of the tray seems good, but as I said the xl and xxl differs little in size but there are nice changes in the xxl.

So the rib eyes was quite good. I used meat, 180 and 6 mins per side. Then basic pre-prep with little olive oil, salt and pepper...
