So how do you like it? The XL is big so good that I didn't get the XXL?
Now that eskom has chillax a bit. I've just made and ate 2x rib eyes. Sizing of the tray seems good, but as I said the xl and xxl differs little in size but there are nice changes in the xxl.

So the rib eyes was quite good. I used meat, 180 and 6 mins per side. Then basic pre-prep with little olive oil, salt and pepper...

Found a useful comparison of xl vs xxl
Don't trust those Netherlanders. Rather it should be "The Comparison to Avoid".

What the heck are they smoking? You can EASILY fit a 1 - 1.2 KG Chicken. Super noobs.

What's a simple way to clean it? Soak first? Feeling a bit like that was needed, but didn't help too much with the olive oil...

Just soak in hot water with some soap, and nothing more than a wipe down in soapy water with a sponge should be required after.

Yeah probably the safer bet.

I’ve used oven cleaner on it and I’m not quite sure if it’s now extra super clean or if the coating has been damaged.

Yeah I don’t know what kind of mutant chicken these people are cooking.

A turkey would be a problem sure, but a normal chicken no issue.

Just cooked my first meal on my air fryer. Still busy figuring out the timing.

Crispy mini pizza's (slightly over crispy)

Heheh.. yeah. Slightly overdone. Whatever the conventional oven instructions say, do it at a lower temp and for less time. You'll soon get the hang of it.
