Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

Yep, wil have to clean it myself seeing as new twice-a-month domestic scraped off the non- stick coating from my baking tray on her first day.
I've removed that hard plastic part from all the small sponges.
OT. she also forced open a locked cupboard, breaking the lock, which we fixed. Then she forced it open again the second time she came - broke the lock again, we fixed it again and I had to tell her the cupboard is LOCKED please do not open it.

Use a service like SweepSouth. I was referred to them by @The_Mowgs and I've used them twice. Zero hassles, not overly priced, and you have none of the legalities that come with employing somebody directly. And if you don't like the job that was done, just book somebody new next time round!

And this is why I just do the cleaning myself. I have way too many expensive tech items in my flat to trust anyone to clean it.

I use sweepsouth for the general bathroom cleaning and vacuuming, but with instructions to not touch our bookshelves, figurine shelves, or the areas around the consoles. The last thing either of us feel like spending time on is vacuuming or scrubbing baths over a weekend if we can avoid it. But BF is WFH so it's easier to make sure the more fragile areas are not disturbed.

I'm a convert after buying the XL Essential for my mom for Christmas, have to get one for myself now.
It's just quite a chonky machine and going to take up a lot of counter space
Anyone has experience with the Instant Vortex? I see the 5.7L one has a slightly smaller footprint than Philips XL one which may suit my kitchen better. Plus I think it looks nicer.

That's why the cupboard was locked in the first place, too keep her away from harsh cleaning products, steel wool etc
I think you've got the right idea though- windows, bathrooms, kitchen, floors and ironing.
She's also not allowed near PCs or any electronics or the orchids we have growing in our lounge - she's already broken off a spray (on her third visit).

Also looked at the Vortex for the same reason. Even if you've got space it's nice to have an uncluttered kitchen.

Actually I read the dimensions wrong, the Instant Vortex is slightly wider than the Philips but not as deep.

My mom always told me "Son, make sure it is deep and not wide, then you know it will last forever".
Take my mothers advice. Go deep, not wide.

Yeah, the gloss do have a "plastic" feel to it. But they very well build to some of the airfryers I saw in-store. Philips in general, for plastic products, are well designed. I won't go for looks though, but efficiency.
