Tried some extremely cheap more brine than chicken pieces but the AF couldn't make them edible. To be expected anyway since it looks and tastes disgusting. Cheap steak however is great.

in general, you do not have to flip if you don't want to. Food will still be cooked. Just might look a little different on one side.

Philips, because of the airflow. For those who don't know, it has a pattern at the bottom that makes the air go upwards, and it has space on all sides of the basket so that you get that effect even if you fill it up.

Honestly, I usually don't flip anything unless I'm using a silicone liner for something small. Like a single serving of fries. Or a couple of chicken tenders. Everything comes out just fine.

Philips is just great. You just have to learn how to cook with it. Otherwise it become as advanced as my microwave, where I simply push microwave button and then turn the amount of time. The ceramic elements etc a total waste. Yes its a convection microwave but really only being used for microwave function only, not the convection or grill etc.
