How is the Ooni working for you? How much gas does it use?
As someone that enjoys making pizza it’s probably one of my best purchases, my only regret may be not going for the bigger one but for portability and storage I guess it is ideal.
Will only really know how much gas it uses once I run out but doesn’t seem like too much because cooking times are short. 20minutes to heat up then no more that 90 seconds to cook each pizza. At this point, based on how heavy the bottle still feels, it’s fairly efficient.

Thank you. I'm not 100% satisfied with my current setup thus still looking for the perfect oven. The fact that there is no door/cover on the front, does it not extend the time of pre heating and contribute to heat loss?
The entrance hight opening looks very tight? Is that an issue?

90 seconds?
Ooni says 60 seconds. I’ve used it about 6 times now so still not 100% on getting the process dialed in but 90 works. 30 seconds then rotate 90degrees and 15 seconds per side. +15 seconds roughly rotating. I could probably turn down the heat a notch to get less burn on the cheese, or use chunks of cheese but I can’t find a consistent supply of mozzarella so typically buy grated.

Not sure a gas oven should have a door? Aren’t those for electric or wood? But 20 minutes doesn’t seem long.
I’m working on the floor and still manage so while the opening is tight it’s not an issue, as much as working on the floor is :) I should probably buy a table.
