Try using 500gram self raising flour mixed with 500ml greek yoghurt

Gonna attempt homemade mozzarella.

I love baking, brewing etc so it doesnt seem too challenging but looks like loads of fun!

Wont buy kits as I have most of the needed items will however be buying rennet (yes I know what it is) and culture from them.

We also have a dairy close by for the necessary milk so that wont be an issue.

Bread flour. I'm mostly making sheet pizza these days for my kids and their friends. When I make more traditional pies it's NY style and bread flour is also the preferred flour for that.

I threw away 4-5kg of 00 that had soured the other day. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
 
Hosting a PIZZA party this weekend for the kids and their mates.

Kids are between 10 and 13 so this should be fun
