Anyone saying that Debonairs is nice has never had any decent pizza. Debonairs tastes pretty synthetic and they try to cram so much other crap onto it to distract from the pizza being low quality and pretty tasteless. I think the best pizzas I ever had must have been at John's Pizza (http://www.johnspizzerianyc.com/) in NYC/Times Square.

A simple pepperoni pizza will tell a lot about a pizzeria and the ingredients used. I must say that Pizza Hut (Cedar Square) was not too bad considering it's pan-fried. I attempted Dominos (Fourways) on Tuesday but due to computer glitches they were incapable of baking pizzas (and their staff was rude when questioned why it is not possible), so I will skip Dominos for good.

Dammit I'm gonna drive to the southern suburbs for this butler's pizza. Too many pics.

Had an excellent pizza last night from The Bay Pasta co in Jeffreys bay. If you in the area definitely give them a go.

Best pizza I ever tasted was from some place in Sandton, small pizzeria in sandton city... can't remember the name now. It was thick base that was soft amd flavourful. Fresh ingredients and lotsa cheeses and juicy tomatoes and olives.

Nom Nom eating cauliflower pizza base with ham and mushrooms

So it's Monday... Any Capetonians thinking what I'm thinking? :p

You keep butties leftovers for that long? that's impossible!

Definitely a record.

In order to keep it from drying out I guess one would have to ensure it's put in an airtight container for that duration?

Nope. :o All that cheese kept them moist...
