Pizza! Pizza! Pizza!

Pizza hut is in SA, Dominoes Pizza to launch soon, if you add St Elmos, Debonairs, Panarottis and Romans Pizza to the list we are spoiled for choice!

Can things get any better as a Pizza lover?

congrats on listing all the crappy pizza places we have to choose from

There is only one though, Andiccio, nothing else comes close

Not enough topping?

Dafuq does that even mean?

Yeah stick with McPizza then.

i.e. when half of the pizza isn't covered with topping.
This is like going to a nice French restaurant and complaining that half the plate isn't covered in mayo. It's your money, you can have whatever you want but don't pretend that people who appreciate the finer things in life are somehow not making sense.

That's why I said stick with McPlasticPizza.

Screw you hippies... I feel like pizza now and nowhere is open to have plastic pizza.

Homemade pizza was on the menu tonight. Went down better than any shop bought stuff.

Lol I just said i don't get why everyone raves about it. I didn't like it. But ok obviously I don't appreciate the finer things.

Enjoy your LaHipsterPizza :)

has anyone tried, Pizza Stones?
Yes ... I have a Cadac pizza stone. It was only R120 and it works the bomb. Just whack the schitt out of your oven to heat the stone properly, turn oven to required temp when inserting your pizza and bake for 10-12 minutes. Results in a really, really nice crispy base. Woolies pizza is quite nice but expensive. Might as well buy from Pizza Perfect down the road.

Going to klap some Pizza Perfect now :D
Best readily available "franchise" pizza imho. The Perfect Pizza if freaking awesome. Actually prefer it over most of Toni's offerings.

Best comfort food plastic pizza for me has to be 1+1 Pizza (for some arb reason the displayed menu's and the downloaded pdf menu is totally different) ... large Napoli & Pesto for R89 totally rocks although a 3 Meats/4 Seasons combo is also good for a quick squizzle

Damn! What time does pizza shops open on Saturdays?

sounds awesome i should look at getting one.

Andiccios is open 24hrs i think....

Recently, in Durban theres been a new wood fired fast food pizza joint called , HubCaps... its this american styled place, with muscle car pizza names.. its def something different.

their pizzas are okay... i prefer them over a Scooters or a Debonairs anyday... they have one of the best Thin bases ever..

Meh.. they seem like a nice enough pizza joint, then I got to the macon on the menu..

Not interested anymore.

I've had pizza in Rome, made my own etc. Now I get my fix from the local dealers.

Screw you hippies... I feel like pizza now and nowhere is open to have plastic pizza.

Damn straight!

..... But otherwise, Col'cacchio is the best of the chains.

Won't w go there again either for the same reason as ITcynic. Staff member had TWO fingers up his conk.

The owner was beside himself with worry when i reported it. Said the person in question did not work in the kitchen and offered me and my family a meal on the house but we never went back.

OMw that looks amazing! do you fry the bacon first or do you just put in in the rolls and pop it in the oven?

I have done it both ways with raw diced bacon and first frying the bacon and then dicing it and both were fine.
They are quite popular with guests and pretty damb tasty if you ask me so totally worth a try.
