Re: Butlers pricing, am i correct in saying that for the week day deals the pricing went up about R10 on the medium pizza deal, R15 to R20 on the large pizza deal and then the medium and large pizzas went up R10 to R15 respectively which then affects the Monday 'buy 2 get the 3rd free' deal accordingly.

Yeah, was gonna order on Thursday but then I saw that it's now R129 for the medium double deal (any 4 toppings). I remember when it was R89 not that many years ago.

surely they cant be colluding. cartels are a rarity here. you get the impression there's collusion everywhere. theres never one guy still with cheap prices. everybody increases.

I think collusion is inevitable, whether it's blamed on inflation, electricity/rent cost, supplier prices, etc...

Scooters' 2x Large for R124.95 deal only went up by R4 to R129.95.

Not sure if Roman's has gone up too?

Debonairs has gone up slightly.

I tried the banting pizza base this weekend from the pizza place close to me. Was nice. But the base gets very "floppy" so had to eat with a knife and fork.
