Please advise about laser mouse?

Greetings,

I am looking for good a laser mouse, but am having quite a bit of trouble finding one...

I would like to use the mouse for occasional extreme gaming, and then everyday computer use, mostly development.. So I would like it to be very accurate, responsive and comfortable.
And please, I would not like any razer mouse, as I do not like their snake symbols.

Logitech RX1000 at the lower end I paid R90.00 or the Cyber-Snipa Stinger at R500.00
 
Logitech MX518 Gaming Mouse

This might not be a Lazer mouse but still its really comfortable and yeah great for gaming.
 
I am using the Cyber Snipa as well and it is well worth it, trust me...
 
If you want a real laser mouse you need the logitech g5.

I currently have the Logitech S 510 (keyboard and mouse (LX5))

Is the Logitech MX518 much better than the LX5?

The Steel Series Ikari looks interesting, but I don't really see the point of the LCD...

Oh and I didn't realize the G5 was a wired mouse... +1 for the G5 !

What about the G9? ..or isn't it as popular cause it's kinda ugly?

The G9 is ugly and has a different shape. The G5 really is the best.
