Surv0 .. you should get that checked out. Maybe if you want check on the router log to see if you are getting alot of atm errors/HEC errors. I'd log it if it droped like that assuming you are getting the full 384kbps.. no idea if they will have a indicator on their side as to what speed you should be getting(those 32kbps decrements).
