So just down-voted them after my terrible experience this week.

Have been with them since 2011, initially as ISP, but in the last 4 years only for hosting and eMail. The time has come for CHANGE, why?

1. Max size eMail attachment 5MB

2. On Thursday we once again had a query on uploading files via FTP to our domain. Call got answered by a friendly lady (have name), and then went into cyberspace, she came back 10 minutes later ans ask me to continue holding. Long story short, after being on the phone for 30 minutes she once again asked me to hold and I eventually found out that she could not handle the query - was waiting for her senior (this was never communicated to me). Asked to speak to her manager/supervisor Angelo but he was not available. Requested that he calls me asap - guess what

STILL WAITING FOR YOUR CALL ANGELO !!!

So now I am looking for a decent company to host my domains (9), AND give me decent email attachment size. Any suggestions?

Up until this week have had good service, minor issues resolved very quickly. This week however has turned the air blue trying to get to the bottom of an issue. So the first real test of customer service and they failed miserably.

Not happy with the price increase with the home capped fibre package. Will be moving to cool ideas uncapped. Which is R817 compared to R860 for a 200gb 20/2 capped package
 
And then messed up debit orders again this month, must be short of cash if they need my R130 so badly.
 
Axxess has the most draconian FUP of all the ISPs in SA. I am capped to 50% line speed all of the time. For the same money I am moving to Cool Ideas.
 
Not a good experience with my 10/5 Premium Home Uncapped Openserve Fibre, can't stream during weekend prime time (and some weekdays too). I don't who is responsible for sorting this problem as Axxess throws it back to me and tells me to test Openserve speeds, whatever
