We are doing a survey on how happy subscribers are with their ISP, and it will be great if you can rate Axxess based on value-for-money, network quality, and general service satisfaction.

Also please tell us what Axxess does well, and where they can improve, by positing in this thread.

They need to improve on their LTE in areas where they cover

Probably the most obtuse and dysfunctional support department I have ever come across (right up there with WebAfrica)

Was with axxess for about 2 years with adsl..never had any problems...and support was always there.to.help..
