For what I use I think its adequate although I do struggle with speed from time to time. Was also happy to have my cap doubled at no extra cost. Service has been fair.I'm not sure they can do anything on latency of 384 line although when I queried they did get the "National Provider" to contact me. Not sure it helped!

Good service and good value for money. How could they improve? Extend the Night Rider window. Other ISPs are offering uncapped from 8pm to 8am.

Too dependent on Laurie to be effective but what a champion that man is!! He was never too busy to try help me out and even invited me to his place of residence once in an attempt to try sort out a router configuration issue I was having.

I think Cybersmart's confusing T&C's have done their reputation more damage than good but prior to MWEB's uncapped bombshell Cybersmart were leaders in terms of innovative new products.

I still use them as my default ISP (for the last 5 years) but when I have issues with my line I find it more effective to call Telkom direct to resolve.

My only issue was when I tried to move my line to another ISP, but I ended up talking to Laurie and he offered to match the price of the competition, so I am very happy.

Speed and latency is usually great with the odd hickup now and then, more the exception than the rule.

If only Cybersmart could convince Teldom to up my 4mbps to 10mbps...
