MWEB 1MB uncapped is for the win! Very little needs to be improved in my opinion, my recommendation is to keep up the high quality of service by not letting it slip due to greed and contention ratios. Keep adding those online games at high priority traffic and you will have a solid userbase.

If possible, maybe improve on amount of connections that can be made on NNTP from 4 up to 6 or 8? :) And the obvious - lower price? :)

Other than that, no complaints here, no siree!

Excellent over the last few months, Couple accounts running! Full speed and awesome support via twitter. :)

I signed up for home uncap from mweb like 10 days ago and I haven't been setup yet. Called and they said telkom side isn't sorted out yet lol.

Are you getting your circuit through them as well? Not wise but I guess MWeb is pretty stable compared to the other resellers.

Good evening Inzaghi007, has Telkom installed your DSL line as yet?

I switched to Mweb the day after they announced uncapped ADSL and it's been great the whole time. I've had to work around the P2P shaping, but since finding a solution everything I do runs at line speed and I clear over 200GB a month. Couldn't love Mweb more.

Mweb's service is great value for money. You do not get prompt service like you get with them. Since I've joined them I have not experienced any downtime or bad service to date. I am sure, but I don't think there are any ISP's that can compare with Mweb in SA at this moment. :D

I'm extremely happy with the 384kbps uncapped service. Latency has been better than expected, and the few problems I have had were resolved before having to contact support (sorry, can't comment on that). So far Mweb is the only ISP that I've truly been happy using, so worth paying the little bit extra!

poor performance during day but much better after midnight. ..... looks like Telkom DSlam contention

I can't fault MWEB hey - first to start this whole uncapped flood in SA and have delivered on what they've promised so far. They did start some throttling/shaping type stuff on downloads a while back but have since stopped that. Now I get great speeds on my line and they are hardly ever down. They're doing the best with what Telkom have given them to work with. I wouldn't mind a price drop to maybe compete with Openweb's latest price cuts but overall I'm pleased and they give me a decent uncapped service with great value for my pocket!

1mb uncapped, best home product to date. Would like the price of the 4mb uncapped to come down though

Been on the uncapped with MWEB for almost 2 years now. Started on a 384k then upgraded to 1 meg. Awesome service and can't imagine a world of being limited on data. I really admire how they opened up the uncapped market :)

Sometimes there connection can be a bit slow but for the most part I have no complaints. They're doing great with their uncapped options! Thanks MWEB!
