Anyone on Vox with Octotel?
I'm on VDSL (40MB) and their 400GB special - which works fine - but thinking of moving to a capped Fibre account - don't really feel like trying 20 ISPs before settling.

Value-for-money: Above Average - fat pipe deals where great
Network quality: Good- better than most but some slowdowns during peak times.
General service: Horrible - takes ages to respond if they bother to and then they really don't know what to do /care about your problem. So bad it negated the good and the reason I left and now tell others to avoid VOX.

Sales person told us that he would arrange a FTTH package as we are a very small company.

3 weeks later we were told they cannot connect us we must order FTTB and cancelled order.
