I'm thinking of getting some form of entertainment via satellite these days and was wondering which provider/package to choose for my family. Here are the requirements:

* We like sitcoms (Frasier, Seinfield) and modern comedy (The Office, Arrested development etc.)
* Movies are preferable, but they must be within the budget. We like any movies, as long as they are not crappy B-grade.
* Must be below R300 a month.
* I don't download series (my conscience won't allow it :D )

TopTV looks alright, but I see there are quite a lot of repeats on. On the other hand, DSTV seems to get more content and isn't set to sink anytime soon so... Your advice is appreciated. Having moved from Ireland back to South Africa the absence of Sky TV is getting me nervy.

Thanks :)

Get DStv Compact it is R260 pm, The only reason I have DStv is because of sport primarily soccer, I hate DStv but there is nothing better, lol rather try and get over the conscience as nothing beats downloaded series and movies coupled with the XBMC interface.

I have the have the TopTV topend package and it's definitely the way too go.

Added advantage being you don't support the beast.
