Anyone know of an support or billing email address for Plex? I need to contact them but can only see the forums.

My problem is I paid to unlock the Plex Roku app (via PayPal) using Roku about a month ago. I today changed my Roku account from US to UK by deleting my old Roku account and then creating a new one using the same login details. After I installed the Plex app on Roku, it still says my channel status is Trial even after connecting my Roku and Plex via the PIN Roku gives you on the screen and my Plex Connect account (am on a free Plex Connect).

I have contacted Roku support but they say they can't do anything and I must contact Plex themselves.

Anyone able to assist me in either restoring my purchase or re-activating without paying again?

I think that you may have to repurchase the paid apps after a factory reset. I recently switched from a Roku to a DroidTV to avoid all these restrictions. There is a lot more content available on the DroidTV and the air mouse interface is much better than the simple remote control on the Roku particularly with Netflix and Hulu Plus.

It will take ALOT to convince me to change from my Roku so unfortunately don't see that happening anytime! The remote with the Roku is probably the best remote out there (in my opinion) - works from any angle and anywhere and the ability to plug in headphones and listen from the remote is amazing but anyway thats my opinion and also getting off topic.

Surely if I paid via PayPal there should be something I can do?

You must contact Roku, not Plex. Ask them to move the purchased apps from the old account to the new one.

This was their response:

"Thank you so much for waiting. I was checking that issue for you.

As I checked with my resources, I found

-->You had a US account purchased the Plex to your Roku player.
-->And then you have deactivated the US account and created the UK account.

Since you have deactivated the Roku account all the informations on the Roku account has been deleted. The deleted information includes "Plex" also.

So we are unable to resume the US plex channel to your Roku account (Roku player)."

Shouldn't it be that I purchased it so no matter what I do, I should still own it?

Sounds like you're going to have to purchase it again. Do you have a PlexPass account or not? If you have a PlexPass you get the Roku app for free anyway.

Yeah seems like I am going to have to purchase again. I just think it's not right that even tho I have proof they say there is nothing I can do but anyway...

Yeah thinking of purchasing plexpass. Had it at a stage for a few months but then cancelled it as I wasn't really using it.
