shouldnt they also have access to sat3? if yes, then they are also to blame. if not... well thats life!
edit: no one will have an excuse anymore once seacom comes online. it costs approximately R12 per gig on local, so you should theoretically be able to just add the price of an international gig to that and if they arent atleast 50% cheaper than they are now, then it will be an even more epic fail.
edit2: the dude just works for is and is trying to do the best in a tough situation. now if he was actually responsible for the pricing etc and not a board of whatevers... then it would be a different story. not saying dont complain, just try and tone it down. my 2c
