I think it might be an issue with the servers feeding supersport's site. I see people on the Telkom thread also complaining about it being slow.

In the meantime, I'll try and stream from it as well at various times, this weekend, to see if there is any sort of pattern.

Why play dota2 on the EU servers and not the SA ones.(dont even know if they still up since i dont play dota2)

My LoL latency is fine though.

Bigger player pool means better matchmaking, which means better games.
 
Very strange behavior of Pugg account . Now it is 6:25 am I am expecting a full speed . But every time the speed passes 100 kB it is dropping to 25Kb . What is going on ? It looks like Plugg is doing something with the account .

7:17 Talked to Jeffrey from the support which advised me that since I did 51Gb ( On 2Mb ) account in 10 days my torrents will be practically non functional for 10 days:mad:

8:39 checked http://users.isdsl.net/home.php shows green .

Yesterday my line was upgraded by telkom, at my request, and I am now syncing at 8mbps. I called Plugg yesterday to increase my 2mbps account to a 4mbps, but Im not seeing anything above 250K/sec. This isnt right.

I've done a number of tests, and it would appear something is amiss with my Plugg account? Shaped? Throttled? I ahve done 35GB so far this month.

Very odd since I never had this in the past... :(

Always difficult to respond to postings like this, especially when I do not have all the facts, in fact, I do not even have your username in order to look up and see if the account is flagged for any sort of shaping.

I am definitely not here to replace the functionality of Plugg Support, I do not mind stepping in when needed, but your first point of contact should always be them.

I will take up the issue that they only scheduled your upgrade for the end of the month and not immediate.
