I'm not a massive download whore, primarily gaming and streaming. I'm paying 480 odd sa ronds. Not keen on paying more than that. But yeah those **** heads at OW disabled my stats page now so i cant seem how much i've done, was sitting in the 100gb region i think.

We bailed when they had all the problems switching to MTN. Started using them again 9 months ago.

I have no loyalty to ISP's. Can't say I "hate" any of them although Mweb comes close to "hate". I won't support any ISP that doesn't allow me to cancel by the 25 for the end of the SAME month (e.g. Mweb, OW etc.).

Yeah i agree, its the whole MTN backbone thing. Its utter ****.

From what I remember Biometrics shares his account with someone though. IS don't really like if you do that.

Well it worked fine for over a year and we scheduled downloads from 23:00-6:00 and I hardly downloaded anything myself.
 
Does Mr Janitor still watch this thread?

I need some help, mailed support on Tuesday and still no reply. I got the auto response: PluGG Ticket CAS-72025-9SGZL9 Subject . CRM:0033430

When I do a speedtest to any location using my PluGG account I get a 2mb download on my 4mb account, my line is synced at 4mb. Using an Afrihost or Webafrica account I get my ful 4mb. I have 4 stars on my PluGG profile, I don't do a lot of downloading.
 
Thank you, they contacted me. I have to apologize though, I might have avoided their call - support phone from an unknown number. If I am busy I will reject unknown numbers because they tend to be cold call marketing. I was expecting an email response considering I emailed them.

No problem. I specifically asked them to phone you to resolve the issue rather than email.
 
A headsup to those that have cancelled a Plugg account. An account we cancelled last year mysteriously became reactivated and we were billed for another six months until our accountants found it. We were refunded though.

BUT NOW THEY ARE BILLING US AGAIN FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT!!!

Check your statements if you cancelled for at least a year from the date of cancellation.

Edit : Most things are slow. Even MyBB is struggling to load. All is fine on my AH account though.
