Pokemon Go!

I have a few friends in PTA who are under level 20, who do not have a complete gen 1 dex because they are missing Victreebel, and no gen 2 complete becuase they are missing syther candies, and poly candies even though they have the items. seadra is another one that can be added to that list.

I'm level 30 and missing just about everything you mentioned.

not everyone played as much as we do.
Phreakboy for example....

also not all biomes are the same.
yes I am drowning in Nidoran, and sandshrew, but some people may be drowning in bellsprout and polywhirl.

remember people complaining about drowsy, when here it was an unseen pokemon for some of us?

or with gen 2 people drowning in piloswine, and others in houndour, but the two people never see the other one?

that is why these are level 2 and 3 raids, get these people to ask for help, join a group, complete the dex, and most importantly enjoy the game.

Spend about a day on the east rand....you'll be sick of poliwag, bellsprout but not so much syther. Although it probably appears a lot more here than any other place. Although i must admit i've noted in my travels to and from work i pass through at least 3 biomes so probably why i have no problem with any of these. Still if they are still level 20, they don't play much, not sure the exact amount of days, but i was level 19/20 within the first month of playing, although i must admit i started amidst a double xp event so that probably helped. But even then i played at most 3 hours a day...o yes and almost nothing on weekends and now almost level 34, do about 1 raid a day or less. So it would probably be the case that these friends of yours will get the entry and never do the same raid again.

I blame the go plus (that is, the few times that it actually works)

Lol, but back to the previous point, still don't see how people can get to level 30 without at least catching the base forms of most. I for one caught most of the base forms at level 30-ish and then started walking those is still needed to complete. Take magnamite, i've seen a wopping 5 and walked it the rest of the way to get the evolution. I realize rare catches such as chansey/porygon would be issues, but the valentines event solved that...so i don't know

So we have reached 1 billion Pokemon caught. If we keep going at this pace we will hit the 3 Billion mark just in time

Hi all.
Is there a group for raids in Jhb or rustenburg?

Just got back from working overseas and there was so many groups on Facebook for raids.
It helped a lot over there

im loving the 6 hour lures :D makes work so much more fun when there's a pokestop by your desk
so far though only pidgeys and rats and for some reason sentret

Wow I said a few weeks ago that I think I lost my Pokemon GO Plus, well today I found it in one of my bags and quite happy, but unfortunately I got a sealed Pokemon Go Plus so got two now lol (My original and new one).

are the 6 hour lures still in play ?

BTW farfetch'd was released yesterday, got 4 so far but doubt i'll get much more

So. I just saw something (or maybe I'm daft and I didn't), but I can't seem to find where to drop a lure on a pokestop that is also a gym. Possible, not possible?

to answer my own question, looks like the 6 hour lures are still on
i hope they extend this event for another few days, quite enjoying it.

my fav though was the halloween event, you just cant beat double candy :D

If i'm not mistaken, all rewards unlocked (except regionals) last until December 1st.

Some people would argue double stardust is the best...but yes us rural players enjoy them double candy bonuses more
