A trail of dust and he/she is gone. Happened to me twice now. First time I got the bugger and he still got away :o

Just be happy it didn't happen to a rare Pokemon. Happened to my friend after his first throw while trying to catch Dragonite.
 
Team Mystic isn't going to be happy when they get a chance to check on their gym.

I managed to get the game on my S3 this weekend after upgrading from Jellybean to Kit Kat. I have some catching up to do.......

Unless you're stuck in the bundus like some of us the first few levels should go by very quickly.

During the week I have a prime choice of two gym's which I haven't even attempted fighting at yet and three stops :(

It has been decent going on level 6 thus far (bloody work getting in the way of my destiny...)

But it pales in comparison to my bro at UCT. Lures...... all day 'ery day.....

What level are you on? and highest CP?

EDIT: On Sunday took bro to our local gym not sure what level but it had xxxx/8000.
First time battling. failed hard the first time. but after getting the hang of the mechanics he managed to take over the gym with his 3 pokemon around 650 CP even though the pokemon holding the gym were 800+. Type advantage and dodging seems to be key. you have to face the set of pokemon a few times before you can kick them out of the gym. 3 times in this case.

Currently level 9 with a Vaporeon with 491CP leading the pack. Must be honest I have nfi how the gym battles work so will figure it out when I get there.

Naturally I chose Team Instinct while the two local gyms (16 000 and 30 000) are both held by Mystic :wtf:
