NO! The addendorf and other cheaper polishing machines are Rotaries. They are used by professionals. Not impossible to get the hang of, however not recommended for the the weekend warrior / enthusiast. Those are the machines that cause "burn" and holograms (if you don't know what you doing.)
The Dual Action polisher I am talking about is a machine that oscillates and rotates. So it doesn't create and hotspots. MUCH safer to use as you don't need any experience or skill.
It is a bit more expensive though. Crazydetailer has them for around 3k
