Not subscription, its a "pay as you go" R2 for Unlimited number of "Pooosh to talk" for 24 hours etc. "Recharge if you want" The rest is completely free (50 free Pooosh to talk to get started.)

Fring: Minimum requirements
Applicable 3G or Wi-Fi Symbian 8 or 9, Windows Mobile 5 or 6 and UIQ handsets with 3G/GPRS/Wi-Fi network coverage.

That leaves you with about "35 high-end smart-phones" it works on.
Pooosh works on over 450 worldwide. Its for a different "broad based" market.

Its not compatible its a Samsung thing. Newer ones are fine. Look at the list of compatible phones on the web site. Many Samsungs will run it, but the Voice chat element wont work, the rest of the free features will.

If anyone has time after testing it. Could you please give me a bit more details on the sms option in the application? As I understand from the website, if you send an sms to a number not part of your contacts, it is 1 credit, is 1 credit a normal sms, or not?

That's about the only selling point for me really, if I can save on sms's.

Which is for Symbian? Java...? How do i install this to my phone after downloading to PC!

Finally an IM platform for more than kids

??? it is FREE. the download to mobile & desktop cost nothing. Most important for me is that Chat Rooms are free...set up a private chat room for graft or your mates....this app rocks. how can mxit justify charging for chat rooms when these guy offer it free? ...there is no subscription anywhere on the site, and as i understand the only thing you pay for is the voice based messaging which is really cheap and works great! well done to pooosh!
