Poor ADSL 1MB line speed - help please

Hi all,

My ADSL has been feeling really sluggish for the last few weeks. I just ran a speed test now and here's the result:

0.6Mbps download and 0.25Mbps upload. A few months ago I was getting about 0.85Mbps down and 0.5Mbps up.

Latency of 753ms - doesn't sound too good to me?

I'm by no means an ADSL tech. Any advice?

On a Telkom 1Mbps line with Afrihost 15GB capped - home machine.
