Poor service from Telkom

If anyone is considering becoming a Telkom customer, please don't. I did an upgrade request on 28 November 2020. On 30 November 2020, a Telkom agent called to confirm the upgrade. The upgrade was approved and I was supposed to receive the device within 7 days. Up until now, nothing received. I called the call centre at least 10 times since the 7 days passed. Everytime, I get a different answer as to what is happening with the upgrade.
Called again today.
First call: Their agents a probably working from home as the agents baby started making a noise and they dropped the call.
Second Call: Agent said order has not been processed. After starting to question why as it was already approved, they dropped the call
Third call: Agent said they not sure what is happening with the upgrade.

I eventually logged on and submitted a cancellation for my contract. Can't deal with so much incompetence. I am done with Telkom. This probably adds to why they have a "Junk" status as a company.
 
This is an example of how the future every body "wants" going to look like, and that includes your future banking.
