Poor support from AXXESS

Since I spend a hell of a lot of time at various news cafe's, etc during the day (have meetings there, etc), I realised that they have a wireless hotspot there which allows you to use an AXXESS voucher (among other providers) to access the internet. So I figured I may as well get one to use while I'm there. It's a hell of a lot cheaper than 3G.

I went and bought a 1 gig voucher on 02/03/2009, went to news cafe, logged in and started doing my emails. Great. Logged in the following day, since then, nothing.

Just get a 'your log in was refused' error. Anyway, I just thought it was a problem with the hotspot, etc. It never worked again.

So, I sent AXXESS an email the other night requesting some help with the matter only to be told, "in order to use axxess you must first buy an axxess wireless voucher to use the service". I replied to him, once again repeating that I do have a voucher and that it has already worked twice but no longer does. No reply.

Pity... that's how you lose business.
