Popeyes SA

You have the choice to buy halaal certified or not. No one is forcing you to do anything you do not like.

They kind of are when you can't get bacon at any McDonalds,Burger Kings or KFC. Steers used to do this, but they stopped and only certain ones that are owned or in muslim rich communities are halaal.
Also if you once in a while if you're afraid of haram meat go find a completely halaal store or order something that is halaal. I'd like to get bacon on my whopper please.

But again, no one is forcing you to eat there. SA being a secular state just means that the state can't impose religious restrictions, not that these companies can't choose to serve halaal-only meals.
