Any idea if ports are blocked on the 8ta network? Have a dongle fitted to a Huawei HG532s router, and need to forward to a CCTV DVR. Port 8000 for what it's worth. Read some tutorials and what I did seems to be correct, but no luck. Any ideas?

And I assume you are trying to access this CCTV stream remotely. How is the connection to the external ip setup
