Will putting a 20-30m extension between be ok?
No idea to be honest. I don't use an extension on mine. My partner's father runs a 10-15m cable on his Delta Max and he doesn't have any problems.

Its not worth it without the LifePo4 battery. It will be useless in a year or two if you use it a lot. I'd gladly pay the extra for the v2.very tempted to get one at that price point
I'll play around with it all before I start pulling wire and may move a few things around before I finalise the plan.No idea to be honest. I don't use an extension on mine. My partner's father runs a 10-15m cable on his Delta Max and he doesn't have any problems.

yeah mileage may vary. With my use, I was sure to get many years from the Gizzu but when spending R20k it makes sense to go LifePo4.So while Lifepo4 is undoubtedly better, I've been running my Delta with it's NMC chemistry for almost two years through all the ups and downs of load shedding and it's still at about 800-900wh of its rated 1260wh. Only switched to my Bluetti a month or so ago as my daily driver because I want to preserve the lifespan on the Delta since it can handle things like my microwave, which the Bluetti can't.
But yeah, I would get Lifepo4 rather than NMC if given the option.
yeah, but at R16.6k it might be worth itIts not worth it without the LifePo4 battery. It will be useless in a year or two if you use it a lot. I'd gladly pay the extra for the v2.
Just didMight need to go through some newer reviews to compare numbers, but ya, when I have some spare time...

I like how you have Kool & Mecer 1KW PPS's as different products.
Both come from Mustek, they are in fact one and the same.
and Ironicly Mustek also charges the same price for both.
They are branded differently and do sell for slightly different prices online so I added them as separate items even though they are basically the same thing.
And Mustek probably imports them from a Chinese OEM. But ya, I'm not going to nitpick through each item to see if they have minor different specs. Just did what made the most sense based on costs at the time.
That's awesome, thanksJust didMight need to go through some newer reviews to compare numbers, but ya, when I have some spare time...

What do replacement batteries cost vs the price of the new version? After 2 years of use plus maybe 5 to 7K for replacement batteries, you're probably still coming out ahead. (And you'll get more than 2 years - 2 years is just for minimum degradation = You'll probably still have 70%+ capacity at that point).yeah, but at R16.6k it might be worth it

I'd go for it if I had the bucks.
Seems it is an option in Canada and USA (to buy refurbished, but not sure if they can "replace" your battery for a fee), but no idea about South Africa (I did check the Facebook Forum and no info there):
You sure that is 12 months?Interesting option for those that cant buy:
