Probably NCM, not Lifepo4.
 
Ecoflow 2's are also kuk. Mine is connected to the Ecoflow 2 extra battery, they call it a "smart" battery. Yet I see that the main unit is used and the battery idles and does not get used. Oh they're connected all right and powering on the battery turns on the main Ecoflow Delta 2, but the displays and the app show that the draw is coming from the main unit and not split among them.

Main unit yes. Smart extra battery does not get firmware updates.

In fact when I turn on this combo after a while, the battery tops up from the main unit to reach the 83% I set it to. You can't set the extra battery charge level, there's only one slider for that in the app. The main unit will drain to like 71% before power comes back on and I then recharge the combo. But the 'smart extra battery' stays at 83% or tops up a bit and then just idles.
Maybe buying one Delta Max 2 over Delta 2 and smart extra battery makes more sense.
 
Just a heads up, 48 hours and still no response from Ecoflow ZA support. This may indeed turn out to be a sh-tty company.

I had to mail them twice before they answered me. They don't seem to have a proper ticket system in place. Which email address did you send it to?
 
Stupid Ecoflow Delta 2 is recharging the Smart extra battery. The Ecoflow is at 64% and the battery at 82%, to get the extra battery to 83%. Ecoflow are so pathetic they cannot make their own products talk to each other. What a dumpster fire.

I mailed them again. With such poor response one wonders what value the 5 year warranty is and also what value the "firmware" upgrades are. They may all just be cosmetic BS.

This email support is ****. Their social teams will response within a few hours.

The company is legit and the product is good, but their email teams seem to be scattered globally and its a mess. Either msg them via their Facebook page or join one of the local Facebook groups for support.
