What about performance bonuses? I dont adjust my salary for tax purposes, I merely pay myself dividends and performance bonuses...

Overall earnings increase - 27%
 
oh and i got a 50% increase with another one on the way in October(probably 10%)

That, and I own two companies - soon to be one, then none - concluded my BEE deal today - they are paying a pretty premium for my business, and rightly so.

Then either going to move on to a new venture or I am going to take another break and possibly become an employee again. I still have a lot to learn...
 
27% march and now end july/sept raises is coming up

we were told its going to surprise us this year... lol i'll wait and see
 
Most of these figures appear to be by folks who changed jobs for a higher income/salary.

To those of you at companies what was the average annual increase?
 
0% so far. Not really expecting much come August/September. Our company grew it's dev department from 3 people to 12 people over the last year so I don't think there's too much cash floating around.
