Post your annual increase here!

Which fields are you referring to?

The stats were gathered from all sorts of fields and industries. It makes alot of sense really if you look at it from a psychological point of view. Not that its fair.

Halicon.. Too bad there are people like you around for me to make comparisons against. Only encourages my arrogance.

First year at current job, 10%. Second year, 12.5%.

Well my performance review is comming up next month, depending my results tomorrow I may ask for another increase then as well on top of the 9% I got in March.

55%
Construction is the place to be, Employers paying to keep their engineers FTW!!:D

6% and in the blink of an eye i whipped out my resignation letter

I personally think that anything below 10% this year is unethical.

11% annual increase.
Performance based bonus at the end of the year - but I'm gonna miss out on that one as I'm not going to be here :o

Good Lord! Where do most of you work - I've seen 30, 40, 50, 80% increases!!! You gotta be kidding me!

I got 8% - company wide.

With that kind of increase what salary are you on:
a) 0 - 10k
b)10 - 20k
c) 20k - 30k
d) 30k - 40k
e) You lucky sod! :)
